    I've had my nails done all over but rarely return to places for one reason or another. My experience with Elegant Nails has always been consistently good which keeps me going back. The techs are friendly, patient and eager to do what's requested when I've asked for different designs.

    My friend has recommended this place for to get my first dip nails. They're normally packed but I was lucky enough to have squeezed an appointment in last minute on a Saturday. Parking [2/5]- Super limited in a shared plaza. I've been really lucky to have gotten a parking spot there twice (once to get my nails done and today to get them removed) I don't know if there's additional parking elsewhere in the back so this rating only pertains to the front. Reception [5/5]- I forget her name but she was incredibly sweet and competent and that's what I like. You're essentially the face of the business so if I'm a first time customer and I get a rude or incompetent person answering the phone, best believe you're not getting my money. Color Selection [5/5]- they have SO many choices from regular to gel to dip, it was overwhelming. They have fake nails to show you what your dip color will look like so that was helpful. Interior [5/5]: really clean, big and spacious. It's a nice setup with the waiting area to the manicure and pedicure stations. Dip Manicure [5/5]: I unfortunately forgot her name but she was fantastic. I wanted a pink white color and was having a hard time deciding between two colors and asked if she could mix. She asked me to describe the color I wanted and afterwards she's like I know the color you're describing and picked out the perfect color.

    Elegant was able to squeeze an appointment in for me same day I called. They were very punctual but also took their time with their services and took very good care of me. I showed them a pattern to a dress I was wearing for a concert and they were able to help me match a cool nail design with it. Definitely will be back!
